Donna Hartley is a renowned British milliner with 30 years of experience in designing & making exquisite hats that blend traditional techniques with modern flair. With a background in Fashion and Design, she has had the privilege of showcasing her work in esteemed exhibitions across Spain, France, and Portugal, and receiving accolades such as Best Hat in Show at the 2019 Caussade Hat Festival. Donna is now thrilled to share her passion for millinery with students both in France and globally, teaching the art of hat-making using time-honored methods and innovative approaches. Through her unique designs and teaching philosophy, she aims to inspire a new generation of milliners to explore their creativity and master the intricate skills of this beautiful craft.
