Please follow the steps below to ensure that your return will be handled accurately and quickly: (Only unworn merchandise and normal orders apply).
1. We are happy to receive any return item within 2 weeks of delivery if you are unhappy with your order. If on receipt of your goods you find the hat damaged during the shipping process; please contact us immediately (+34 633323963 or +34607497144) with photographic evidence of the damage to both the hat and the box.
2. Do not remove any tags, removing tags of any kind on the merchandise will void the return. Other non-returnable items include: expedited orders (overnight and 2-day deliveries) or special orders (made to order items)
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Please pack the hat carefully and insure the box through a reputable courier with “tracking” facilities, to enable us and you to track the package should any problems occur. We are not responsible for damaged hats during the return shipping process.
5. The RETURN BOX must be in good strong condition, if the original packaging and box are not in a good strong condition, please obtain a new box to return the merchandise. Only use white acid free tissue paper when packing the hat; this will help to protect the hat and keep it secure in the box.
6. Christmas Holiday Season. All items returned in the month of December will not be processed until January.
